The Role
Overview
Manage credit, collections, and liaison between sales and credit teams.

Tasks
-Collection calls on AR -Participate in credit team meetings, key performance indicator reviews -Works closely with the RCM -Deduction tracking and reconciliation -Evaluate and Release orders from ticket hold -Process & Approve Credit apps; learning to establish credit lines within authority level -Process & Approve Job accts within authority level -Guide and educate sales team and customers -Maintain notes in company computer system on accounts -Enforce credit policy -Review decisions with RCM as needed -Monitor deadlines for Notices, mechanics liens and bond claims; send as needed with RCM approval.
