Initiate an internship program as a talent pipeline

Lead Oliver University, a company-wide learning and training platform that supports technical, operational, customer service, and leadership excellence.
Strategic & Innovative – Creates forward-looking development systems that prepare Oliver for long-term growth.
Data-Driven Decision Making – Measuring talent outcomes and adapting programs.
Partner with functional leaders to design training that addresses skill gaps, compliance needs, and career growth pathways.
Build programs that strengthen employee engagement, retention, and career satisfaction.

10+ years of progressive leadership experience in Talent Development, Organizational Development, or HR, with at least 5 years in an executive or senior leadership role.
Experience in industries with high safety and compliance standards (construction, building services, security, or related fields not required but preferred).
Industry Insight – Understanding of compliance, technical training, and safety in field-based environments.
Demonstrated ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution.
Execution & Follow-through – Ability to operationalize strategy into action.
Exceptional communication, facilitation, and change management skills.
