-Manage and organise projects and teams using tools like Asana, Jira, and Confluence. -Ensuring seamless project execution, efficiency, and quality through documenting learnings for continued growth. -Communicate with team members across different time zones to find the best solutions to difficult problems. -Manage the end-to-end software development phases from concept through to final testing. -To provide simple software solutions to complex problems which help our customers. -Shipping quality products that delivered high benefits for both business and for customers. -Participate in and contribute to project planning and road-mapping of features. -To analyse business requirements and deliver new software projects. -Directly impacting strategic decisions of the business. -Provide direction and articulate a clear vision, strategy, scope, and success metrics to teams, and be prepared to roll up your sleeves when required! -Prioritise, organise and build what matters to the business. -Set team priorities and goals, track progress, and manage internal and customer expectations.
