The Role

Overview

Operate & maintain recycling wash plant, ensuring safety, quality and KPIs

Tasks

-Monitor plant performance to meet site KPIs, including material quality standards. -Conduct daily inspections and report faults using site systems -Complete relevant documentation and maintenance records. -Perform routine maintenance and assist with repairs. -Operate and maintain the wash plant in line with health, safety, quality, and environmental regulations. -Maintain cleanliness and safe operation of the plant, ensuring good housekeeping. -Support plant start-up, shutdown, and changeover activities. -Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments.

What You Bring

-Strong understanding of health & safety regulations and environmental compliance. -Experience in operating and maintaining industrial plant equipment (preferably in recycling or aggregates). -Willingness to learn and attend training/development courses. -Ability to work independently and as part of a team. -Good communication and problem-solving skills.
