Key Responsibilities

Tasks

-Assist in conducting ISO audits and maintaining certifications including ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, ISO27001, ISO20000, and ISO55000. -Support quarterly reporting for the Audit & Risk Committee. -Maintain and enhance risk data within our Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) system. -Work closely with global stakeholders across Risk, Compliance, Cybersecurity, Finance, and Business Units. -Support policy reviews, compliance training, and standards assessments. -Participate in company-sponsored development to grow your expertise and career. -Navigate international time zones and occasional travel opportunities. -Help mature our risk program by identifying emerging risks and building robust risk profiles. -Collaborate with international teams and senior leaders. -Facilitate risk workshops and assessments across the UK, Europe, USA, and Hong Kong.

What You Bring

-Organised, deadline-driven, and confident in managing multiple priorities. -Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). -Comfortable facilitating workshops and engaging with diverse stakeholders. -Degree in Risk, Business, Finance, or a related field. -Minimum 2 years of relevant or transferrable professional experience. -Strong communication and relationship-building skills. -Able to support two senior leaders with professionalism and agility.
