Tasks

-Complete lease applications and assist with verification of application information -Accept rent payments, security deposits and other applicable fees -Ensure tour path, apartment homes, and amenity spaces are clean and consistent with company standards -Utilize customer service skills to professionally resolve issues -Complete weekly leasing reports accurately and timely -Build and maintain relationships with prospects and current residents to ensure retention and satisfaction -Proactively follow up with all current and prospective renters utilizing and maintaining a Customer Relationship Management database -Inspect apartment homes prior to residents moving in to ensure a superior move in experience -Oversee sales process and provide exceptional tour experience for prospective residents -Assist in the planning and execution of resident engagement events -Ensure all open and close procedures are followed to company standards -Partner with marketing to generate awareness, interest and excitement via social media

What You Bring

-Bachelor’s degree is preferred -Available to work weekends and extended hours based on needs of the community -Prior customer service or sales experience is preferred -Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills -Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is preferred -Reliable and team oriented -Outstanding verbal, written and listening skills -Superior customer service! Ability to help our customers and resolve any issues with professionalism and clear communication -Understand product and market knowledge, which includes shopping competitive properties and completion of market surveys -Efficient time management and ability to prioritize multiple projects -A valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation may be required based upon specific property needs -Strong interpersonal skills
