Tasks

-Use social media networks and public forums to build personal and Autodesk brand to establish credibility and promote solutions -Responsible to roll out new Informed Design technology to our customers, to our partner network and internally across Autodesk. -Attend, support and partner with cross-functional team members at industry events worldwide -Communicate industrialized construction solutions to customers at different levels, including product demos -You will connect and engage with Informed Design customers to drive adoption for new technology and workflows virtually and in-person, engaging in hands-on troubleshooting when needed. -Qualify new leads and opportunities

What You Bring

-5+ years Customer Success/Account Management experience -Strong command of German and/or French -Excellent customer interaction skills -Construction industry experience -Experience in manufacturing building products (furniture, windows, doors, lighting) -Expertise in Autodesk Inventor is a must -Possibility to travel domestically and internationally, up to 20% -Public speaking experience
