-Collaborate with site, project, and design teams to achieve program and quality outcomes -Support head contract execution and compliance -Build strong working relationships with subcontractors, consultants, and stakeholders -Maintain accurate cost control, forecasting, and reporting

What You Bring

-3+ years’ experience as a Contract Administrator within commercial or residential construction -Full subcontract administration including procurement, scopes of work, claims, variations, and EOTs -Proven skills in procurement, financial reporting, and subcontract management -Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities -Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline
