Tasks
-Oversee the entire IT project portfolio in terms of budget, timelines, risks, quality, and benefits -Update processes, templates, and tools in line with evolving needs -Prioritize demands based on added value, risks, and organizational capacity -Identify opportunities to optimize costs and maximize benefits -Supervise, train, and motivate IT project managers and PMO analysts -Manage the overall budget for the IT project portfolio -Establish and monitor PMO performance indicators (KPIs, ROI, expected benefits, etc.) -Support project managers in the planning, execution, and closure of projects -Assess PMO maturity and propose continuous improvement initiatives -Foster a high-performing, results-oriented project management culture -Manage inter-project dependencies and resolve cross-functional issues -Define and maintain the IT project portfolio governance framework -Promote innovation and agility in IT project management -Advise senior management on best practices and trends in IT portfolio management -Align the project and demand portfolio with business strategy and organizational objectives -Implement and maintain project management tools, methodologies, and standards (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid, etc.) -Produce performance reports, profitability analyses, and executive dashboards

What You Bring
-Inspiring leadership and strong political acumen -Excellent analytical and budget management skills -Outstanding communication, influencing, and diplomacy skills -Proven experience in establishing and leading an IT PMO -Exposure to Agile, DevOps, Cloud, and digital transformation environments -Strong command of project management methodologies (PMBOK, PRINCE2, Agile, SAFe) -Bilingualism (English/French, oral and written): bilingualism is a key requirement for this position, as it enables effective collaboration with our diverse stakeholders -Master’s degree in Management (MBA) or Information Technology is an asset -Strategic mindset with a comprehensive understanding of IT and business issues -In-depth knowledge of PMO tools (MS Project, Jira, Clarity, Power BI, etc.) -Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience -Minimum of 8–10 years of experience in IT project and portfolio management -Results-oriented, rigorous, and capable of managing complexity
