Tasks

-Saw Operations: Train on operating saws used in truss manufacturing, including safety and maintenance procedures. -Truss Assembly Support: Assist in building trusses and understanding the full assembly process. -Material Packaging: Learn how to properly package finished truss components and materials for delivery or storage. -Table & Universal Setups: Perform setup tasks on various tables and universal stations to support production flow. -Cross-Training: Participate in cross-training across multiple roles to support team flexibility and production efficiency. -Safety & Quality: Follow all safety protocols and quality standards to ensure a safe and productive work environment.

What You Bring

-Willingness to ask questions and seek guidance when needed. -High school diploma or equivalent preferred. -Previous experience in manufacturing or construction is a plus but not required. -Basic mechanical aptitude or interest in hands-on work. -Must have knowledge of custom store fixture industry and receiving. -Entry level, no experience required. -Blueprint Reading: Learn to read and interpret construction and truss design prints accurately. -Continuous Learning: Ask questions, seek feedback, and actively pursue knowledge to improve performance and understanding. -Ability to read and interpret work orders. -Ability to clearly identify product from package labels. -Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
