Overview

Oversee service team, maintenance, repairs and safety for Epiroc equipment at Zawar Mine.

Tasks

-Ensure that all employees in your area of responsibility maintain a high ethical standard. -Make work permit and ensure the team complies with PPE and safety policies. -Maintain accurate records, including logbooks, timesheets, and equipment catalouge. -Assist the Maintenance Planner with reports and maintenance scheduling. -Oversee all maintenance and repair activities at Epiroc machinery. -Record all work in logbooks and provide reports on breakdowns, spares usage, and maintenance activities. -Assist with the Management of MRS EPIROC India Contract with the capability to deliver a first class Service/product. To be recognized as one of the most effectiveand proactive when reviewed by the Mining and Construction industry as "First in Mind, First in Choice". -Conduct daily safety meetings, incident briefs, and team briefings. -Maintain team discipline, motivation and a positive work culture. -Liaise with the customer's Pit Superintendent to report and manage machine damages. -Enforce EPIROC policies and guidelines as described in "The Way We Do Things". -Ensure adherence to quality maintenance and repair procedures. -Work collaboratively with other stakeholders responsible for Project Deliverables to -Schedule and manage team leave, sick leave, and weekend work. -Maintain machine availability /MTBF/MTTR as per contractual requirements. -Identify hazards, report incidents, and implement corrective measures. -Supervise and manage a team of Service Technicians and Assistants. -Enforce adherence to all safety protocols and mine standards. -Control costs within set parameters and optimize equipment life.

What You Bring

-HVAC system must be knowledgeable . -Strong technical expertise with Epiroc machinery. -2-5 years experience in HEMM industry*hand on experience on component repair(cylinder/pump/Rockdrill/Compressor Etc.) -Hydraulic & electrical system competent on underground machinery. -Ability to work on critical environments. -Ability to work independent. -Excellent leadership and team management skills. -Proficient in computer systems and maintenance management software.
