What You Bring

-Proficiency in Electrical Load and Power Source Capacity Analysis (AC analysis, DC analysis, Battery analysis) for aircraft systems. -Working knowledge of aerospace standards, including: -Understanding of Configuration Management, Requirements Traceability, and related quality processes. -Experience implementing EMI/EMC methods for electrical wiring design. -Strong foundation in Electrical Circuit Theory, Electrical Power Systems, Electrical Technology, and Analog/Digital Electronics. -4+ years of experience in the aerospace domain (preferred). -Experience through complete development cycles with sound knowledge of wiring and harness component selection. -Thorough understanding of Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and Design for Testing (DFT) principles. -Proficient in electrical CAD tools, such as Zuken E3, Capital Harness, AutoCAD, etc. -MIL-704D, MIL-W-5088L / SAE AS50881, MIL-E-7016, -Proven experience in Electrical Wiring Design & Development Lifecycle. -Experience in Integration and Testing of Wiring/Harness on aircraft (preferred). -Expertise in Electrical System Architecture Design, Wiring Design, Functional Schematics, Harness Design, and Form Board Design. -Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills. -Hands-on experience in the preparation of Manufacturing BOMs (Bill of Materials). -Experience in Electrical Panel Wiring Design and Functional Check Procedure Development. -Fluent in English -Strong knowledge of aerospace design processes, standards, and applications. -Familiarity with Electrical Wiring and Harness Drafting Standards. -MIL-STD-464, MIL-STD-461, MIL-B-5087, and DO-160. -Exposure to 3D Harness Design (added advantage).
