Tasks

-Read and comply with the company’s Health and Safety Policy; taking reasonable care for the Health and Safety of themselves and others; co-operate with managers and other employees in fulfilling our objectives and statutory duties. -Provide support to business users of CRM -Work with large scale data to be able to prepare and import into systems -Prepare clear and succinct reports and correspondence -Manage delivery of projects through from inception to completion -Provide training on system developments -Produce development scoping documentation -Work with external service providers to ensure delivery -Support with defining business processes

What You Bring

We are looking for a BPI Analyst to join our successful ESG team. This is a Home Based role with some occasional travel to the office required. -Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines -ESG experience -Advanced Excel proficiency -Problem solving -Proficient with SQL/MySQL -Professional and confident manner -Learning to understand and support CRM processes -Proficient with Microsoft Office packages -Be able to work with colleagues, customers, suppliers and the public in general -Energy Industry experience -Ability to analyse reports and develop recommendations -Experience with CRM Systems -Ability to work on their own initiative with a good ‘Team Work’ ethic -Ability to meet deadlines and prioritise activities -Good presentation skills -Maths and English proficiency -Effective face-to-face communicator with good telephone and written skills
