Property Management Associates is seeking a dynamic Leasing Consultant with expertise in finding and screening tenants. -Proven success using various online and social media platforms for marketing. -Familiar with rental application process and lease signings. -Must have excellent verbal & written communication skills. -Student housing experience a plus -Energetic, outgoing personality and excellent people skills. -Exceptional leasing, sales, and marketing skills. -Proficient with Yardi Voyager is a plus -Proficiency with computers, including a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.
