The Role

Overview

Move and handle blades, load/offload frames, track inventory, maintain facility.

Tasks

-Wear designated personal protective equipment and follow all health and safety guidelines. -Maintain 5s standards. -Detect and report improper operation, faulty equipment, defective materials, and unusual conditions. -Comply with prescribed safety procedures and federal laws regulating the waste disposal and shipment of hazardous materials. -Use a wide variety of material handling equipment to position and load blade parts and completed blades. -Move blades using various equipment for one station to another. -Assure blades are braced and strapped per customer specifications.

What You Bring

-Experience operating a forklift or other heavy equipment. -Ability to stand for extended periods of time on concrete floors. -Previous Manufacturing experience -May require usage of respirator -Ability to make quick or repeated movement (holding, reaching, twisting, bending) with hands, arms, legs, or body. -High School Diploma/GED or related job experience. -Ability to carry objects or materials up to 30lbs.
