Tasks
-Team Management and Development: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team. Lead by example, motivate the team, and drive personal growth while ensuring excellent customer service. -Policies, Procedures, and Company Standards: Ensure strict adherence to company policies, safeguarding stock, property, and health & safety. -Customer Relationship and Service: Build strong, lasting customer relationships, driving branch growth and profitability. Ensure consistently high standards of customer service. -Equality and Inclusion: Foster an inclusive environment that promotes equal opportunities and respect for all colleagues and customers. -Operations and Stock Management: Manage stock takes and inventory checks to ensure 100% accuracy. Adjust stock levels to optimize profitability and operational efficiency. -Market Awareness and Competitor Analysis: Stay updated on local market trends and collaborate with the External Sales Rep to stay ahead of competitors. -Health & Safety and Compliance: Ensure adherence to health, safety, security, and smoking policies. Complete weekly checklists and take immediate action to address safety concerns.
