Tasks
-Manages anonymous reports through compliance line in partnership with Legal and develops quarterly reporting and metrics for the Board of Directors. -Deliver training to HR teams, supervisors, and managers on compliance topics such as workplace conduct, labor law updates, investigation protocols, and documentation standards. -Serve as a trusted advisor to production managers, HR business partners, and senior leadership on sensitive employee matters and compliance risks. -Maintain accurate and confidential records of investigations, compliance activities, and employee relations cases. Prepare reports for leadership and legal as needed. -Collaborating closely with production leadership, safety and security on employee disciplinary and termination outcomes. -Design, implement, and monitor HR compliance programs that align with federal, state, and local employment laws, including FMLA, ADA, FLSA, OSHA, and EEO. -Conduct regular audits of HR practices, documentation, and processes to identify gaps and ensure compliance. Partner with audit and legal teams to address findings. -Monitor trends in employment law and employee relations, and proactively recommend improvements to policies, practices, and training programs. -Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures that reflect best practices in manufacturing environments. Ensure consistent application across all locations in compliance with State law. -Lead and manage complex employee relations investigations, including harassment, discrimination, misconduct, and policy violations. Ensure timely, thorough, and legally sound resolution of cases.

What You Bring
-Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years focused on compliance and employee relations in a manufacturing or industrial setting. -Certifications: PHR/SPHR, SHRM-CP/SCP, or similar HR compliance certifications preferred. -Degree(s): Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Legal Studies, or a related field. Master’s degree or JD preferred.
