-Identify and present value-engineering opportunities -Prepare detailed tenders, budgets and cost plans -Work closely with delivery teams and clients to develop practical, cost-effective solutions -Manage RFIs, clarifications and subcontractor pricing -Support tender submissions and proposal documentation

What You Bring

A methodical, solutions-focused Estimator with strong technical and commercial acumen. -5–10+ years’ estimating experience with a Head Contractor or Subcontractor -Background in carpentry, a trade or engineering highly regarded -Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills -Flexibility to work from either the Sutherland Shire or North-West Sydney office, plus WFH options -Proficient with Cubit and strong analytical capability -Experience in live-site environments (commercial, aged care, industrial) beneficial
