The Role
Overview
Front‑desk and office coordinator handling reception, admin, sales support, and event planning.

Tasks
-Coordinate office lunches, team meetings, and catering orders. -Greet and welcome visitors in a professional, friendly manner. -Manage visitor sign-ins and assist with meeting room coordination. -Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries. -Order and maintain office supplies, kitchen stock, and equipment as needed. -Answer, screen, and route phone calls, emails, and other inquiries. -Assist with onboarding of new employees (desk setup, key cards, welcome kits, etc.). -Help prepare materials, presentations, and reports for the sales team as needed. -Ensure the office environment runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently. -Order branded merchandise (“swag”) and coordinate shipments for events and clients. -Assist with planning and logistics for sales events, trade shows, and client meetings. -Maintain a calendar of key industry events and coordinate team participation. -Support CRM updates and sales-related administrative tasks (data entry, follow-ups, etc.). -Track and manage company memberships, sponsorships, and subscriptions. -Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area and meeting spaces. -Liaise with building management, vendors, and service providers.

What You Bring
-Experience: 1–3 years in an administrative, office coordinator, or receptionist role; experience supporting sales or marketing teams is a plus. -Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus. -1-3 year's of event coordination and vendor management experience. -Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. -Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. -Able to balance routine tasks with project-based work. -Proactive problem solver who takes ownership of responsibilities. -Exceedingly Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
