Assist senior buyer with procurement tasks, supplier coordination, and governance.

Tasks

-Engage in training and development opportunities to build procurement knowledge. -Help prepare and issue tender documents (e.g., RFQs, ITTs) and evaluate supplier responses. -Prepare basic reports on procurement activities and performance. -Assist in maintaining clean data within the P2P system. -Maintain accurate records of procurement activities and supplier agreements. -Stay informed on industry trends and best practices. -Ensure suppliers meet Health & Safety and ESG requirements. -Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures. -Support internal audits and reporting requirements. -Represent the procurement team professionally in internal meetings. -Promote ethical and sustainable procurement practices. -Help manage supplier calendars and engagement activities. -Contribute to commercial negotiations under guidance. -Support supplier onboarding. -With guidance proactively manage committed costs. -Support the team with administrative tasks and purchase order management. -Assist in gathering procurement requirements from project teams and stakeholders. -Monitor supplier performance and escalate issues as needed.

What You Bring
