Tasks

-Explore new topics in cooperation with energy transition support staff such as floating wind and link client conversations and outcomes regarding the energy transition solution with technical staff and account leaders. -Negotiate critical issues with clients and develop strategic teaming partnerships and subconsultants. -Identify and interpret market/client trends and convert them into client-facing actions and business opportunities. -Provide a supportive environment through which high performance can be achieved. -Co-create and develop a global network across your energy transition discipline and leverage client relationships across disciplines and sectors, including working with our centers of excellence to build subject matter expertise that can be utilised globally. -Work with the Global Solutions Director Energy Transition, UK Sales Director, and the National Solution Leader Energy Transition to drive integration of energy transition considerations into all proposals and projects. -People management: Creating high performing teams, communicating vision and purpose, engaging others and ensuring aligned objectives. Caring for employee wellbeing and recognizing and celebrating success. -Travel to meet clients and colleagues as needed. -Driving innovation: Involved in generating and driving innovation, engaging with clients on new business models and revenue streams, working with alliances and ecosystems to deliver the best outcomes. -Co-develop a targeted client development strategy with the UK Sales Director and the National Energy Transition Solution Leader, including taking personal ownership of a portfolio of priority accounts to develop. This will include setting up 'new' projects and topics with current clients through workshop sessions or exploratory talks.

What You Bring

-Demonstrable client development skills, including in developing a coherent multi-practice and multi-jurisdictional strategy for developing complex corporate client relationships at board level and multi-millionvalue in the Energy market. -Leading transformation: Ability to bring people on a journey to the unknown, creating a sense of stability and security in uncertain times, avoiding change fatigue. -Energy Transition: Extensive knowledge of the UK Energy Transition market and experience of influencing at senior level. -Breadth of experience: Working internationally, across different industries and business lines and/or functions, managing projects impacting people/issues/solutions across organizational boundaries. -Entrepreneurial: Highly developed commercial acumen ability to lead and close complex negotiation with a flair to identifying innovative and mutually beneficial solutions. Proven track record of developing new business.
