Tasks

-Cost calculation estimations and determination of costs, margins, and sales price in cooperation with our sales team. -Tender planning and on-time tender submittals. -Contribute to the consideration of the risks to our business in conducting the proposed works. -Preparation of tendering documents and reports for internal reviews and tender submission approvals. -Creation of commercially, legally, and technically optimised and high-quality offers, based on the specifications of our customers. -Interact and work collaboratively with our European/Indian tendering team, operational team, and factory units. -Provide technical support to our sales team during the early pursuit stages, as well as support them in contract negotiations

What You Bring

-Competent in MS Office Skills, including Word, Excel. PowerPoint etc. -Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. -Higher education (e.g., bachelor's or master’s degree) in electrical engineering or a similar field -Demonstrate Self-Motivation/Self-Direction -Good knowledge of the grid automation market. -Willingness to travel and attend customer meetings. -Strong understanding and previous experience of tendering and commercial processes. -Excellent understanding of substation automation, control, and protection solutions. -Previous professional experience and a good track record in a similar business area.
