Tasks

-Develop and manage maintenance budgets, including forecasting and cost control -Coordinate with internal teams and external contractors to complete maintenance projects -Oversee the Cost Information Summery for maintenance-related PO. -Monitor daily electrical activity and maintain system integrity -Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and other building systems -Execute preventive and corrective maintenance as per the 52-week calendar -Initiate and process Purchase Requisitions (PR) and Purchase Orders (PO) -Prepare and submit SLAs and Monthly Management Reports (MMR) on time -Ensure proper incident reporting and CAPA implementation -Assist in the setup and maintenance of M&E systems -Prepare and submit Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for maintenance projects -Manage Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) renewals -Assist in audit preparation -Update and share daily reports with management -Maintain heating and plumbing systems to ensure functionality -Process vendor invoices and follow up on client payments -Support continuous development to maintain smooth operations -Prepare and manage maintenance schedules for electrical systems -Oversee and maintain critical environments and systems within the facility -Manage vendor relationships, including negotiation and contract management -Monitor the inhouse technician activity, with Quality of PPM at client site. -Perform manual repairs as necessary -Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards -Coordinate with vendors for R&M activities -Prepare work progress and incident reports for the Manager -Implement improvement plans based on daily operations -Conduct training sessions for support staff -Prepare quotations and proposals as needed -Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inventory, and expenses -Assist the Area Facilities Manager (AFM) with technical updates -Inspect alarm systems and schedule repairs when needed -Ensure quality work delivery from external contractors

What You Bring

-Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or related field) -Ability to work independently and as part of a team -Strong communication and interpersonal abilities -Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills -5+ years of experience in facilities maintenance, preferably in critical environments, with multiple client handling ability -Familiarity with building management systems and energy conservation techniques -Strong knowledge of electrical systems, HVAC, and plumbing -Flexibility to handle ad-hoc duties as assigned
