Must have the ability to direct complex projects from concept to fully operational status.
Computer Skills Required – Procore, Scheduling software Primavera P6, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Bi-lingual is a plus but not required.
Knowledge of the local construction market.
Should be highly organized, highly motivated and a detail directed problem solver.
Minimum of five (5) + years’ experience in managing multiple retail commercial projects valued at $5MM and higher and managing staff of APMs and Superintendents
Have a proven track record of successfully leading ground up retail, tenant improvement, retail remodel, and new/rehab restaurant construction types.
Excellent communication skills.
Writing subcontracts.
Marketing and presentation skills.
Have an advanced knowledge of the design-build construction process including preconstruction, major system evaluations, estimating, scheduling, cost control, design and client management.
Display natural leadership skills and assure that project responsibilities are carried out promptly and accurately.
College degree in a construction/engineering field preferred.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
