  • Negotiating and awarding subcontracts.
  • Attend meetings and prepare minutes.
  • Develop/track submittals, RFI’s and cost reports.
  • Reading of documents and contracts.
  • Maintain owner relations.
  • Manage multiple projects.
  • Resolve issues with win-win solutions and collaboration.
  • Review/prepare change orders.
  • Assist in estimating process.
  • Reviewing/preparing subcontractors scope of work.
  • Bring strong local relationships with subcontractors, consultants, clients and municipalities.
  • Develop and maintain schedules using Primavera P6.

  • Proven team player and have a strong background of leading project efforts, from programming through turnover with contract values up to $10MM
  • Must have the ability to direct complex projects from concept to fully operational status.
  • Computer Skills Required – Procore, Scheduling software Primavera P6, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Bi-lingual is a plus but not required.
  • Knowledge of the local construction market.
  • Should be highly organized, highly motivated and a detail directed problem solver.
  • Minimum of five (5) + years’ experience in managing multiple retail commercial projects valued at $5MM and higher and managing staff of APMs and Superintendents
  • Have a proven track record of successfully leading ground up retail, tenant improvement, retail remodel, and new/rehab restaurant construction types.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Writing subcontracts.
  • Marketing and presentation skills.
  • Have an advanced knowledge of the design-build construction process including preconstruction, major system evaluations, estimating, scheduling, cost control, design and client management.
  • Display natural leadership skills and assure that project responsibilities are carried out promptly and accurately.
  • College degree in a construction/engineering field preferred.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
