Tasks

-Implement operational strategies, standard operating procedures, and technology to support growth and efficiency. -Lead and oversee all operational functions, including project management, field operations, scheduling, and logistics. -Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and cost controls to ensure project profitability. -Serve as a key liaison between ownership, project teams, and clients to maintain alignment and accountability. -Support business development efforts by evaluating project opportunities and maintaining relationships with key partners and GCs. -Mentor and develop field and office staff, fostering a culture of collaboration, safety, and performance excellence.

The leadership team is looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and wants to make a lasting impact as the business scales. -Proven leadership experience overseeing teams, budgets, and multiple active job sites -Entrepreneurial mindset — someone who can help shape the company’s future as it grows -8+ years of experience in commercial construction or specialty trades (masonry, concrete, waterproofing, façade restoration, etc.) -Spanish-speaking required (non-negotiable) — must be able to communicate effectively with field teams and subcontractors -Local to Austin, TX or open to relocation -Strong business acumen with the ability to balance operations, financial performance, and client relationships
