The Role

Overview

Perform commercial plumbing repairs, installations, and service on scheduled routes.

Tasks

-Service grease traps, interceptors, sump pumps or lift stations -Provide informative customer service to clients with professional conduct -Submit service paperwork with a summary of the work provided after each service appointment -Collaborate with team members to complete projects in a timely manner -Troubleshoot common commercial plumbing issues on pumps, fixtures, valves, and DWV -Drive and operate company vehicles within department guidelines -Install, repair or replace commercial plumbing fixtures and water heaters -Properly diagnose and repair issues with sanitary waste, vent, or potable water pipes

What You Bring

-Diagnose and unclog drains with cable machines, hydro jets, or camera lines -Four years of recent and relevant commercial plumbing experience -Willingness to take on additional duties as needed to support the department -Valid driver license with no more than two points or driving restrictions on the driving record -Able to pass a pre-employment drug test -Verbal and written English literacy for the use of cell phone and mobile email communication
