JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKSKey Responsibilities:•Preparation of raw materials for mixing•Maintain clean environment to minimize possible contamination•Inventory management of raw materials•Mixing of prepared raw materials for covering process•Help meet or exceed quality goals through a quality maintenance program.•Adhere to all plant safety and environmental guidelines, policies, and procedures.Knowledge of:•Basic math skills•Basic computer /data entry skills.•Ability to perform repetitive and physically demanding tasks for extended periods (lifting, walking, climbing, pushing, twisting, and bending).•Overhead crane experience a plus, but not required•High school diploma or equivalent.QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS • Education: High school Diploma or equivalent. • Experience: On the job training will be provided.Other combinations of experience and education that meet requirements may be substituted.
