Warehouse Assistant

Overview

Assist supervisor with warehouse operations, documentation, inventory, and forklift tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Tasks

-Daily maintenance and housekeeping of the warehouse. -Sending emails to buyer, customer service, forwarder as primary method of communication. -Maintain systematic filing & documentation. -Periodic inventory cycle counting Perform system transaction, update inventory. -General warehousing such as receiving of shipment, goods receipt, picking and packing.

Requirements

• 25kg loads
• detail‑oriented

What You Bring

-Able to carry loads up to 25kg, and enjoys working in a warehouse environment. -Forklift license is good to have -Must be open to take a 6-month contract employment -Accurate and detailed oriented. -Experience in SAP or Baan system preferred. -Forklift driving license mandatory. -Forklift and reach truck/stacker driving skills.
