-Measuring, estimating and valuing variation claims -Assessing payment claims and variations -Procuring subcontractors and compiling subcontract agreements -Establishing rates from first principles -Ensuring adherence to contract terms and conditions and managing risk protection -Managing relationships with clients and key project stakeholders -Overseeing the project team to achieve all financial deliverables and outcomes -Negotiating favorable outcomes with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers -Preparing and submitting variation claims -Providing monthly cost reports and accurate cost forecasts -Deliver high-profile, complex commercial projects -Managing risks and resolving problems as they arise
