Tasks

-Drive performance against key targets including customer satisfaction, time to connect, and complaint management -Promote a strong health and safety culture and ensure compliance with all relevant standards -Foster strong relationships with contractors, stakeholders, and customers to ensure successful project outcomes -Manage budgets up to £15m, ensuring cost control and timely scheme closures -Support short (6–12 week) and medium (3–12 month) planning cycles to meet business deliverables -Ensure accurate data capture and customer record maintenance in corporate systems -Lead and manage a multi-disciplined team (approx. 3–7 staff) delivering high-volume, low-value LV service activities -Oversee project delivery from design through to execution, working closely with service partners, the LP design house, and SPEN commercial teams

What You Bring

-Experience managing projects and workflows on CRM -Experience within the construction and operations of electricity networks -Knowledge of construction and maintenance standards, HSE legislation, and corporate systems -Minimum of 2 years’ team management experience -Financial awareness including budget management and SAP PO raising -Proven ability to lead and develop teams to deliver business outputs -Strong stakeholder and customer engagement skills -SVQ/NVQ qualification or equivalent experience in electricity networks -Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
