Tasks

-Mentor and train site teams in CI tools and methodologies -Drive improvements in Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), yield, and productivity -Lead and support the delivery of key CI initiatives across the Southern Region -Facilitate 5S, Kaizen, Gemba walks, and Lean activities -Analyze and optimise operational methods, plant layout, and materials handling -Champion a culture of safety excellence and Zero Harm across all sites -Manage minor engineering and process improvement projects to high technical standards

What You Bring

-3–5 years of experience in a Continuous Improvement Manager role (preferred) or a seasoned Process Engineer looking to make the next step CI. -Experience in heavy industrial or manufacturing environments (Plastics, Steel, FMCG, Heavy Manufacturing. -Proven ability to drive efficiency and optimise OEE. -Experience driving change with LEAN certification (mandatory); 5S, Six Sigma, Gemba (desirable). -Some minimal travel is required as part of this role. -Engineering background (Mechanical, Mechatronics or Chemical, preferred). -Strong communication, presentation, project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
