Tasks

-Monitor and manage electrical maintenance schedules to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime. -Ensure compliance with local electrical codes, safety regulations, and company standards. -Maintain documentation of electrical layouts, maintenance logs, and compliance reports. -Train and guide junior technicians and engineers as needed. -Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and consultants for procurement and execution of electrical works. -Assist in the design, installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems for new and existing projects. -Operation and maintenance of Gas Insulated Substation, HT Generators, 66KV outdoor yards, 66/11 KV Power Transformers. -Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry best practices. -Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues promptly and effectively. -Support the Technical Manager in project planning, budgeting, and resource allocation. -Conduct regular inspections and audits of electrical systems and infrastructure.

What You Bring

-Should hold valid electrical supervisor license issued by CEIG, Karnataka -Hands on work experience in the use of Meggers, Thermography instruments, testing equipment’s etc. Good conversational/ written English skills. -Graduate / Diploma in Electrical Engineering. -Licensed Electrical Engineer (as per local regulations) -Proven ability to trouble shoot the control circuits in the complex electrical panels. -Minimum 5 years’ experience in maintenance of electrical equipment in a Plant/Industrial set-up.
