Tasks

Contracts/Subcontracts: Responsible for preparing and managing contract and subcontract documents. This person will be coordinating with our Project Managers and Management to make sure all project-related documents are submitted accurately and on time. Must be proficient in reading and creating spreadsheets to track project related documents. Maintains and tracks the project files to ensure document control throughout the cycle of the project.

What You Bring

Billing: Requires the ability to timely prepare and submit our progress and retention billings as well as managing our subcontractor’s billings. This person will update contracts and SOV’s and will ensure all transactions are processed accurately. In depth knowledge of conditional and unconditional waiver release forms is mandatory. 2+ years of Subcontract/Billing Administration Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Immediate Subcontract/Billing Administrator opening for a well-established Structural Concrete construction company. The primary responsibilities of this role include generating client invoices, maintaining billing records and releases, subcontract management and assisting the Payroll Administrator as needed. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of Subcontractor/Billing Administrator experience, must have excellent numerical skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently while adhering to strict deadlines and someone who is looking for a long-term opportunity with a growing construction company. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Knowledge of construction project billing. Excellent communication and time management skills. Ability to work in MS Office Suite: Outlook, Word, Adobe and excel required.

Benefits

Pay Range: $35-$40/hr.
