Overview

Assist in design, analysis, and documentation of mechanical systems for projects.

Tasks

-Complete projects with clear, specified objectives and limited variables -Give direction to clerical and technical personnel as needed -Conduct analyses to develop design options or recommendations, and assist in the preparation of cost estimates and specifications -Work independently on small projects, or assist more-senior engineers on larger projects -Perform routine engineering assignments requiring application of standard techniques and procedures

What You Bring

-Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering with mechanical emphasis -EIT certification strongly preferred. Candidates hired without their EIT will have the title of "Coordinator" and will be expected to obtain their EIT for career progression -Experience or ability to become proficient in using Revit. -Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering -2 years experience in HVAC or Plumbing related design fields. -Recent graduates will be considered -Proficiency with Microsoft Office -Interest or experience designing HVAC systems -Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, Trane TRACE or similar software, and equipment selection software) -Commercial/institutional experience in healthcare a plus
