Tasks

-Yard Operations Support: Assist with inspections, logistics, and site readiness to support safe and compliant field operations. -Incident Reporting and Documentation: Complete safety inspections, reports, and documentation for compliance and audit readiness. -Field Safety Execution: Conduct site inspections, identify and correct unsafe conditions, and verify PPE compliance. -Collaboration and Communication: Serve as the liaison between field teams, project management, and the Territory Safety Lead for all safety matters. -Safety Leadership: Guide and engage field teams to promote a proactive safety culture, ensuring full adherence to Lithko and customer safety standards. -Safety Training and Engagement: Deliver Operational Awareness Training (OATs), facilitate safety meetings, and promote pre-task planning and stretch and flex programs.

What You Bring

-1-3 years of construction or safety-related experience. -OSHA 30-hour certification required. -Strong communication and interpersonal skills to influence safe behaviors. -Ability to work flexible shifts and travel between sites as needed. -First Aid/CPR certification preferred. -Working knowledge of OSHA standards and construction safety best practices.
