Tasks

-Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with internal and external stakeholders to assess resource needs, prioritising based on project requirements and timelines. -Working with HR teams to ensure legal compliance to onboarding candidates in highly regulated environment -Planning and coordinating recruitment campaigns with internal departments and external agencies. -Relationship Management: Develop and sustain positive relationships with colleagues and clients to align resourcing strategies with business objectives. -Assist with onboarding, Training & Induction: Onboard new team members on resourcing processes and maintain up-to-date training materials.

What You Bring

-Ability to work onsite full time in office environment (Monday to Friday based onsite in Taunton -Experience of working in a construction capacity advantageous but not essential -Understanding of recruitment principles and onboarding gained in a HR or regulated role (mins 2 years' experience) -Understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes
