Customer‑service agent managing property rentals, showings, lease renewals and follow‑up.

Tasks

-Meet with clients and address their needs regarding renewals, modifications, transfers, etc.Ensure post-rental follow-up -Meet the monthly objectives set by the area coordinator -Follow up on phone messages within 24 hours -Achieve monthly targets in terms of rentals and number of visits -Ensure rental requests are handled according to provided guidelines -Welcome clients, provide information, and show them the properties -Complete all required job instructions on a tablet

What You Bring

-Ability to learn and adapt to change quickly -Effective planning and organizational skills combined with the ability to manage multiple tasks and set priorities -Excellent learning and problem-solving skillsAvailability for different shifts (evening and weekend) -Two (2) years of experience in customer service -Professional approach and awareness of the importance of customer service quality -Excellent communication skills -Knowledge of computer applications: Word and Excel -Vehicle with a professional appearance (relatively new and in good condition) -Salaires concurrentiels -Flexibility and attention to detail -Familiarity with computer tablets is an assett -Ability to remain calm and handle any situation with patience, empathy, and understanding -Ability to take responsibility for one's actions and decisions, including executing them -Excellent time management skillsAbility to handle sensitive information and maintain strict confidentiality -Ability to learn and adapt quickly to different computer systems and any new technology -Ability to work effectively independently (self-management) as well as collaboratively with other associates -*Ability to communicate clearly in English and French, both orally and in writing -Knowledge of various amenities.
