Tasks
-Represent the P&L in coordination of the Long-Term Strategy planning and communication (ie presentations, memos) of deliverables -Develop and oversee Lean action plans -Support optimization and business coordination across all functions, including Sales, Project Delivery, Engineering, Sourcing, Quality, and Licensing. -Partner with the Product Management team to ensure consistency and accuracy in the annual budget development process -Partner with GE Vernova Hitachi Nuclear Energy (GVH) Lean Leader and cross functional teams to drive continuous improvement through problem solving, kaizen, and standard work in order to achieve SQDC (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost) KPI targets. Determine when kaizens will be most effective in resolving business challenges. Develop and own annual kaizen plan. -Establish and manage daily management operating rhythms for clarity and visibility of priorities and results -Support annual budget development, ensuring alignment with organizational goals -Develop and implement enhanced visual management to increase transparency, performance and delivery of customer value -Represent the Advanced Nuclear Organization in key meetings with business leadership, as well as select meetings with clients or potential clients, covering issues of forecasting, planning, execution, and strategy alignment

What You Bring
-Ability to travel domestically or internationally up to 15% of the time -Ability to engage, motivate, and foster a positive culture across a large organization -Skilled in navigating complexity, assessing situations, and making informed decisions -Master’s degree from an accredited college or university -Experience in establishing a vision and translating it into meaningful tasks and activities for others to execute -Minimum of 10 years of experience in operations, project, program, or lean management -Nuclear power generation industry experience -Highly developed communication and influencing skills -Experience in transforming complex data into valuable strategic insights -At least 5 years in a leadership position for the power generation industry. -This role requires access to U.S. export-controlled information. If applicable, final offers will be contingent on ability to obtain authorization for access to U.S. export-controlled information from the U.S. Government. -Ability to build consensus across numerous organizations -Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering a related discipline OR Business related discipline, from an accredited college or university -Strong financial acumen and accountability
