-Lead and support a team of approximately 95–110 cleaning staff across multiple sites, fostering a culture of safety, quality, and performance. -Maintain compliance with WHS policies and environmental sustainability goals, including participation in audits and toolbox talks. -Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to identify operational improvements and drive productivity. -Ensure consistent delivery of high-standard cleaning services across trains and facilities, aligned with client expectations. -Provide training, coaching, and audit support to enhance team capabilities and service outcomes.
-Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with a focus on customer service excellence. -Proven leadership experience managing large teams in cleaning, industrial, or rollingstock environments. -Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and a commitment to continuous improvement and team development. -Demonstrated ability to manage audits, reporting, and financial costing with attention to detail.
