Manage partnership and delivery of social housing repairs and refurb projects.

Tasks

-Ensuring that the company's policies and procedures are being met and that the flow of information is shared. -Submitting accurate monthly valuations and reports to both external clients and at internal management meetings. -Ensuring that adequate pre-planning takes place so that works are delivered in line with profit requirements. -Managing the health, safety and welfare of contracts, staff, clients and the general public. -Chairing monthly communication meetings -Supporting the accurate build up and submission of tenders/quotations within the area of responsibility -Ensuring the production/distribution of compliant Health & Safety information, planning and carrying out training/development reviews. -Continually monitoring staff and resources to identify requirements, interview and recruit staff to meet these requirements -Identifying potential business development opportunities and developing client base
