Tasks

The Youreka Developer will play a key role in driving the organization’s digital agenda, aligning technology solutions with strategic business priorities. This role combines hands-on development within the Youreka and Salesforce ecosystem with leadership in digital innovation, customer engagement, and marketing optimization. The ideal candidate will bridge business and technology to deliver exceptional digital experiences and measurable business outcomes. -Champion the digital transformation agenda and communicate its business impact to senior leadership and partners. -Provide insights and recommendations for emerging digital trends, competitive positioning, and customer behavior. -Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, spec, and deliver bug fixes, website enhancements, and optimization experiments. -Oversee the full lifecycle of digital marketing initiatives — from ideation to deployment and performance analysis. -Partner with marketing and analytics teams to integrate personalization and segmentation strategies that improve engagement. -Conceptualize, develop, and enhance new Youreka-based features and offerings that drive efficiency and engagement. -Scale, pre-produce, and oversee the creation of compelling digital content and productions that support the brand story. -Apply a “digital-first” mindset to business priorities, identifying opportunities to enhance member and customer engagement. -Coordinate across business silos to ensure alignment, adoption, and awareness of new digital initiatives and tools. -Develop and refine automated email marketing campaigns that enhance the customer journey across all touchpoints — acquisition, conversion, and retention. -Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as website traffic, conversion rates, A/B testing results, and paid media metrics. -Compile, analyze, and interpret industry and geographical reports to inform digital strategies and promote product sales. -Provide actionable recommendations for continuous improvement based on data insights.

What You Bring

Work Authorization: All applicants for U.S. roles must have current work authorization that doesn’t require visa sponsorship now or in the future. A past conviction won’t automatically prevent you from being considered for employment. -Strong understanding of HTML/CSS, JavaScript, and CRM integration best practices. -Analytical mindset with a strong focus on results, metrics, and performance optimization. -Proven track record in digital transformation, marketing automation, or customer journey optimization. -Familiarity with UX/UI principles, SEO, and content strategy. -Salesforce Developer or Youreka Certification. -Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Marketing Technology, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience). -Experience in web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Data Studio, or similar). -Proficiency in A/B testing platforms and conversion rate optimization tools. -3+ years of experience working with Youreka, Salesforce, or related digital platforms. -Experience managing digital projects in Agile or Scrum environments. -Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
