Tasks
The Electrical Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and supervising the manufacturing and installation of electrical equipment and systems. This includes machinery controls, wiring, lighting, and power electronics components. The role requires strong analytical skills, hands-on testing experience, and the ability to interpret engineering drawings and blueprints. -Estimate project timelines and costs. -Conduct competitive product analysis and vendor evaluations. -Collaborate with cross-functional teams including mechanical, thermal, and manufacturing engineers. -Simulate and test system operations. -Design and test electrical equipment and systems. -Evaluate reliability, safety, and cost-effectiveness of designs.

What You Bring
-Ability to coordinate and execute detailed test plans. -Experience working with global teams (India, China, Europe). -Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering with 5+ years of experience -Excellent communication, teamwork, and documentation skills. -Experience with Python, MATLAB, and Excel for data analysis. -Proficiency in engineering drawings and calculations. -Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment. -Familiarity with test equipment: oscilloscopes, dataloggers, HV probes, current transducers, thermal chambers. -Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering with 3+ years of experience -Strong foundation in electrical theory and engineering principles. -Exposure to double pulse testing and power module characterization. -Coursework or experience in Power Electronics is essential. -Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel). -Experience with high-power, high-reliability electric drive applications. -Familiarity with FMEA, APQP, PPAP, and supplier development.
