Tasks

What You Bring

Tundraland Home Improvements is searching for a talented Service & Warranty Coordinator to expand and help improve the level of support that our Service Team provides to customers and internal teams. Your ability to communicate effectively with Service Technicians, internal stakeholders, and homeowners is a must. This position requires consistent attention to detail and complete follow-through. This person will be a key member to the Service Team who will ensure that all open service requests are scheduled with our field service technician team, keeping communication with homeowners throughout the course of their service. -Previous scheduling experience -Be enthusiastic, adaptable, and patient as well as highly detail-oriented and data-efficient. -Experience in construction, baths/showers, decks, and windows preferred but not required -Efficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlooks, Word, Excel) -At least 1 year customer service experience in an office or administrative environment -High school diploma or equivalent
