Tasks

-Prepare technical reports and evaluate site data to progress projects toward regulatory closure. -Assist with a variety of field assignments including, groundwater sampling, soil sampling and system Operation and Maintenance (O&M). -Participate in Kleinfelder’s safety culture. -Perform field oversight of subcontractors once trained. -Establish strong, productive internal collaborative relationships with senior-level staff.

What You Bring

-Knowledge of NJDEP regulations and guidance documents. -0-2 years’ experience in the environmental field working on a large complex environmental assessment / remediation site. -Proficiency in Microsoft Office. -Experience conducting Vapor Intrusion. -Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical judgement and problem-solving skills. -Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, geology, or related engineering degree -Experience in hydrogeological and conceptual site modeling. -Knowledge of RCRA & CERCLA regulations and HAZMAT assessments. -Ability to work on various task depending on skill sets (Ground water sampling, soil sampling, project recovery, remedial system O&M, construction management, design, various remedial actions, ecological evaluations, data evaluation, and report writing) -Office experience related to scheduling, lab coordination, data evaluation, technical report writing, and Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC). -GIS experience.
