Maintain a strong brand presence at the airport by ensuring high standards of customer interaction. Ensure compliance with airport protocols and maintain a professional demeanor at all times. Support promotional campaigns, kiosks, and events organized at the airport. Track daily interactions, leads generated, and share reports with the sales/marketing team. Create awareness and build interest in our offerings through professional and engaging conversations. Engage with passengers and visitors at the airport to introduce and explain company projects.

The role involves interacting with potential clients, explaining our projects and generating qualified leads. This is a front-facing role requiring excellent communication, presentation skills, and the ability to build positive customer experiences. Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Basic computer knowledge (for lead tracking & reporting). Strong presentation and persuasion abilities. Customer-centric mindset with problem-solving skills. Graduate in any discipline (Hospitality/Marketing preferred). Confident, energetic, and approachable personality. 3-4 years of experience in client servicing, hospitality, or sales (airport/retail experience is an added advantage).
