Tasks

-Collection of data and preparation of reports. -Develop and foster relationships with clients, contractors, project manager, etc. -Schedule management and time tracking. -Inspection and testing of construction materials in both laboratory and field environments to verify conformance to construction plans and specifications. -Maintain professionalism while managing relationships with associates, clients and contractors. -Adhere to construction site safety guidelines and promote a safe working environment.

What You Bring

-Detail oriented; possessing basic writing skills and computer proficiency (Microsoft Word and Excel) -Works collectively as part of a team while having the self-motivated ability to work remotely, efficiently, and independently with minimal supervision. -Able to stand, walk, reach, balance, and lift up to 50 pounds. -ACI Concrete Field-testing Technician Grade I - Inspection Certification -Ability to acquire acceptable PA Act 34, 114, and 151 clearances -Effective communication skills with timely responsiveness (phone, email, text) -Demonstrated skills in organizing resources and establishing priorities. -Comfortable working outside in diverse weather conditions and on varied terrain. -Valid driver’s license and the ability to travel to project sites.
