-Run Oracle reports -Be the point of contact during the project -Work with sub-consultants and clients -Create Budget Summary reports through Excel

What You Bring

-A basic understanding of fundamental project management methodology. -Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. -Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work on a highly professional level with clients and internal team members. -Design, Engineering or Construction background. -A basic understanding of SharePoint, Adobe Acrobat, or Bluebeam. -Bachelor’s degree in applicable discipline, or equivalent experience, preferred. -Possess strong critical thinking, problem solving, organizational and analytical abilities. -Have knowledge of the project life cycle -Ability to work well independently and on a team. -Ability to work with, and take direction from, multiple levels of professional staff. -Have a basic understanding of project budgets -Adept at taking responsibility for multiple assignments, prioritizing conflicting tasks, and working with little supervision to meet deadlines. -A general understanding of Microsoft Project (scheduling), PowerPoint, and Visio is desired, but not required.
