Lead JCB's North America connected services strategy and telematics solutions.

Tasks

-Establish revenue targets and implement key initiatives to deliver results. -Sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. -Develop excellent working relationships with JCBs dealer network and key customers. -Provide support to existing dealer and customer users. -Prioritize development resource using an evidence-based approach. -Lead cross functional reviews for regional alignment on feature development. -Explore future technology solutions to continue innovation of JCB’s product offerings. -Establish and lead the delivery of JCB’s connected services strategy in North America. -Drive increased customer engagement in vehicle telematics by identifying and communicating relevant value. -Identify opportunities to improve JCB’s connected services offering to align with established business strategy and targets. -Create business plans to support investment and track value in line with business plan and JCB’s core values. -Provide insight to product engineering teams on future technical requirements.

What You Bring

-The employee is occasionally required to stand and walk. -Knowledge of a dealer or construction company’s business model preferred. -Able to demonstrate innovative approach, not afraid to challenge the current state. -Demonstrated organizational skills and the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks. -3+ years of experience in developing a product strategy, conducting market research and project management. -Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. -The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds. -Bachelor’s degree in technology, engineering or related field. -Motivated and self-managing style, able to lead own direction. -Telematics experience in construction / agricultural or similar industry preferred. -Strong communications skills across multiple media. Including presentation skills to large groups, customers and a range of seniority within a company.
