The Role

Overview

Lead 3-4 Field Managers, oversee multiple construction projects, ensure quality, schedule, safety.

Tasks

-Inspect job sites regularly to verify schedule accuracy, trade partner performance, and workmanship standards. -Drive quality control, safety standards, and customer satisfaction across all assigned projects. -Anticipate problems before they surface-build plans, not reactions. -Provide clear 60-day completion projections to both internal teams and clients. -Handle conflict resolution and client escalations with tact, urgency, and emotional intelligence. -Lead warranty resolution with urgency and professionalism. -Partner with Purchasing, Estimating, and Design for strong pre-construction handoffs and smooth project starts. -Ensure all projects have baseline schedules, are properly launched, and followed through company SOPs. -Maintain a company-first perspective-operating above the project level with a focus on results and team development. -Lead and manage 3-4 Field Managers, including coaching, performance accountability, and talent development. -Encourage ongoing professional development-GC License, technical training, continuing education. -Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate Field Managers. Address performance gaps early and professionally.

-10+ years in residential or commercial construction operations -If you're a results-driven leader who still loves walking jobs, developing people, and keeping projects moving with pace and clarity-we want to talk. -Organized and process-driven-operates with systems, not just intuition. -Excellent communicator-comfortable delivering both updates and accountability conversations. -Proven leadership of multiple Superintendents or PMs simultaneously -Strong leadership presence-you set expectations clearly and follow through. -Mix of field presence, jobsite inspections, and strategic office planning -Strong business acumen-understands production impact on financial performance. -Skilled in client communication, expectation-setting, and maintaining trust during tough conversations. -Full-time salaried with schedule autonomy tied to results and visibility. -Experience hiring, developing, and managing trade partners, vendors, and internal staff -High integrity, steady under pressure, and confident making field-level decisions -Bachelor's in Construction Management, Business, or equivalent experience -Be a culture carrier-modeling accountability, communication, and problem-solving.
