Tasks

-Complete all PPM and reactive maintenance within agreed timescales, ensuring accurate documentation. -Prioritise and complete minor maintenance and repairs quickly and efficiently. -Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) - scheduled tasks to keep our sites running smoothly and avoid future issues. -Respond promptly to Helpdesk service calls, assess requirements, and carry out repairs effectively. -Reactive Maintenance - responding to urgent repair requests and prioritising jobs based on impact. -Support City Technicians with major and minor maintenance tasks. -Maintain tools and equipment in good working order at all times.

What You Bring

-Previous PPM and reactive maintenance experience in a retail setting -Experience using an iPad-based maintenance system (Mercury) -Ability to maintain and repair a wide range of equipment -City & Guilds / NVQ Level 1 in Electrical, Carpentry, Plumbing, or Roofing -Previous experience in building maintenance within a commercial or retail environment -Full UK driving licence -Strong focus on quality, speed, and efficiency of work
